Well jones, I looked it up and we're currently 2004 miles away from each other, and once I move to Kingston that gets cut down to 497 miles...

Y'know if they can move castles all the way across the ocean from Europe to America brick by brick, there just might be some way to move the city of Dayton a mere 297 miles. Perhaps I could speak to Rhine McLin (our current mayor -- I did vote for her after all). If we left all the garbage and non-essential rednecks here, we'd just need fifteen or twenty semi-trucks and a half-dozen VW buses. Go teamsters...

Kingston, btw, has the (dubious) distinction of being the only place in Canada I've ever been to. We went up there to play a show that ended up being broadcast on Canadian TV. This was a long time ago, but as I remember, I liked the city. Everyone was nice to us (though that just makes sense because when you're in a band, you find that the farther away from your home town you play, the nicer people treat you), and the place reminded me of a much cleaner Madison, Wisconsin (I have this impression of Canadian cities as always being very clean -- like the residents somehow hide brooms, washcloths, and hot soapy water on their persons and just scrub away when the tourists aren't looking).

Seeing the STP album was great I didn't even know it existed.

I was about to ask you something similar Asis as I was inspired to try and send a photo of me.
